You will need

  1. French Press
  2. Grinder
  3. Coarse Ground Coffee
  4. Hot Water Kettle
  5. Timer

Steps

  1. Coarsely grind your coffee beans.
  2. Add coffee grounds to the French Press.
  3. Heat water to 200°F and pour it over the coffee.
  4. Start the timer and let the coffee steep.
  5. After 4 minutes, break the crust and scoop off any floating grounds.
  6. Plunge slowly and enjoy your full-bodied French Press coffee.

Coffee-to-Water Ratio

Use a 1:15 coffee-to-water ratio (e.g: 30g coffee for 450g water).

Brewing Time

Brew for about 4 minutes.

Water Temperature

Water should be around 200°F (93°C).
