1. Do you provide international shipping services?

Currently our website only supports transactions within India.  If you would like to purchase from a different location, please email us and we will arrange payment and shipping options on a customised basis.  

2. Can I monitor the progress of my coffee order?

Absolutely!  Once your order is finalised, you should receive a unique tracking code automatically from our shipping partner.  You can use this to track your package.

3. What are the delivery charges for coffee orders?

Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of your checkout depending on your delivery location.

4. How long can I keep an unopened bag of roasted coffee beans from Hill Tiller?

We use the highest quality packaging materials with an inbuilt valve which allows an unopened bag of our coffee to maintain its amazing qualities for up to 18 months.  However for optimum freshness, we suggest storing unopened packets for up to 6 months.

5. How long can I store my coffee once I’ve opened it? 

Once opened, ideally we suggest consuming the coffee beans within 30 days.  However, taste preferences are quite subjective.  In our experience, an open bag of coffee, if stored properly tastes amazing even after 3 months!

6. Can I edit my order after it has been placed?

Once you've submitted your order at Hill Tiller, it's often processed within mere minutes and changes are not possible via our website. Nevertheless, we recommend reaching out to us via email if you have any queries regarding your order.

7. How do I brew my coffee?

For brewing instructions, click on our “Learn” tab where you’ll find brewing instructions for a number of popular brewing methods.  Incase you need any assistance, feel free to reach out to us via email.
