Shipping and Delivery
We will endeavour to dispatch your coffee within 3 business days of placing your order. Hill Tiller Coffee Roasters will not be liable in the event of any delays, packages being lost or damaged during transit beyond our control. -
Returns and Exchanges
As our coffee is roasted to your specific order and given its perishable nature, exchanges and refunds are only eligible if there was an error with your order or if there was a defect in our product. In the unlikely event of this happening, please email us within 2 business days from the purchase date, accompanied by supporting photographic evidence and we will be happy to provide an exchange or a refund. -
Cancellation
Cancellations on coffee orders will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been roasted, whichever comes first.
