You will need

  2. V60 Filter
  3. Grinder
  4. Coffee Beans
  5. Hot Water Kettle
  6. Timer

Steps

  1. Place the V60 dripper on your mug and insert a filter.
  2. Rinse the filter with hot water to remove the paper flavor and warm the brewer.
  3. Add coffee grounds and start your timer.
  4. Begin pouring hot water in a spiral motion, saturating the coffee evenly.
  5. Continue pouring in pulses, maintaining the coffee-to-water ratio.
  6. Finish pouring by the 2-minute mark.
  7. Let it drip until your timer reaches the desired total brew time.
  8. Enjoy your delicately brewed V60 coffee.

Coffee-to-Water Ratio

Use 24g of coffee for 400g of water.

Brewing Time

Aim for a total brew time of about 2.5-3 minutes.

Water Temperature

Heat water to 200-205°F (93-96°C).
